Very slow and rude at the check out we were trying to get some of the countdown bags to put our shopping in and the lady said hurry up I finish at 4pm. We won't be back in a hurry we will stay shopping at the palms

Having just flown in from Os. on short notice I needed to buy a few items and get a new sim card for my phone.
Northlands is a great shopping centre .
Spacious, attractive, well laid out and as for the people serving in the shops!!! They were all helpful, kind, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. In other words just a cross section of the beautiful Christchurch people.response / report this review -

Old cashier denier me to take two beers with me. When I asked why she said it was because I'm a foreigner! Never had that before and couldn't resist laughing out loud. Therefore, three stars!
And please manager, give the old sad wonen a hug, she really need it!
Ps. Just went back in again and paid for the two beers at another cashier, she was actually really nice and normal. However, still three stars!
PPS. Thought again about it. Actually, to discriminate someone is bad, despite the hilarious situation. So, one star and good luck hiring normal people.response / report this review -
