My granddaughter loves going and spends hours having heaps of fun, the entry fee is expensive for a 4 year old . Half the equipment is broken and doesn't work. For the price u pay it should be all in working order. Staff were excellent friendly and helpful. I would prob rate it 5 out of ten.

Expensive for the size and a bit much charging extra for the train. We will stick to Junglerama and Laughalots in Lower Hutt

Great place for the kids, the food is basic but inexpensive. Really recommended for kids parties though, I think the staff are really nice and helpful

Aftet attending Chipmunks Lyall Bay and enjoying a supurb time we thought we would try here and were bitterly dissapointed with the condition of premises and staff demeanor.

My 8 month infant travelled here with the squad and did not enjoy himself for many reasons. One of which being abused by the staff members because he innocently pooed on the slide.

Quite disgusted with this place and the manager/owner is one of the rudist, unreasonable and obnoxious people I have met. My 5 yr old child climbed up the top of the bouncy slide and was then too terrified to come down, he was beside himself so I climbed up to help him climb down. This horrible man then stood at the bottom yelling at me to get off the slide that I was not allowed to help him down. He flatly refused to listen to any reason. I of course helped my child and told him where to go. Later a lady badly hurt herself (broken ankle) he flatly refused to assist her leaving it to his younger staff to call the ambulance and provide assistance (they did very well). Also it looked like there was poo on the carpet near to toilet and the toilet stunk! People go to the competition take your kids to Junglerama of Laughlots or Lollypops instead will be a nicer experience for all.

Very expensive for a 1 year old who is only allowed on a limited number of play items - looks a bit tired
