I love bagels and obviously I had to go there. Good collection and if you love cream cheese you will be getting more flavourful CC than you will get from bagel :-D.
The Americans was too good. If you want a pleasant face just ask the lady to smile -that's the only thing business needs to improve.

Some of the items on the menu were not actually available. Service was fast but unfriendly.

Very very thin crust and small pizza. Might have come in near 13" for a 14" pizza. Taste was really not good, crust was terrible. Couldn't be bothered to cut it properly at the shop. We ordered the daily special for $12 and I still didn't find it worth the money. Have never tried the bagels or coffee, so I wont speak to that.

We were the only customers, had a big order, and the lady behind the counter still gave us a ton of attitude for no reason.
She got annoyed because we weren't familiar with the menu, and then got angry when we asked for two boxes for the pizza leftovers. Don't know what's going on there, but a very unpleasant experience overall, that I'd like to help others avoid if I can.
