Don't know why people are still going there when there are hundreds of better places around. Had to wait too long, pretty expensive and the food was less than average

Great coffee, food n staff. Only grudge I have is they never have the keylime pie that their Courtney place restaurant has.

Food was nice and reasonably priced, however they did forget about the drink I ordered.. I should have said something, but that's why only 3 stars, I would definitely go again and give them another chance.

Arrived as a group of three and ordered three buritoes. Two came out in okay time, however the third was lost despite the waitress reading us back our order and recording it correctly. Apparently a mix up in the kitchen, however it look a further 20 minutes to rectify this mistake. Pretty disappointing and no offer of free meal or drink as compensation. Outside of this incident, only had good experiences here.

Inexplicably busy, based on historic reputation. Now undeserved due to tightly packed tables, ancient eclectic decor, lazy service masquerading as hip, which repeatedly forgets your orders. Coffee usually decent. Hearty lunch menu and decent snacks.

Love this place. Wonderful friendly staff. Last time I was there it was busy and I was seated and brought a coffee without having to wait for the line - great service. Great coffee too.
