  A great cafe/diner in Murchison with a huge range of eating options; from a humble sandwich through to full blown cooked meal and many options between. The place is clean and tidy with plenty of seating, both indoor and out. There is also plenty of parking, even for those towing a caravan or boat.

  Trucker/tour bus stop. Plenty of carbohydrates, not much else. Good coffee and lovely staff.

  My son and i visit here 4 times a month for lunch to break up our travel. The food is great. There is plenty of seating. And a nice toasty fire. There is always a long line to order/pay for food. The restrooms are always tidy. And there is a playground outside for the kids with lovely seating in the sun. I recommend.

  The staff wasn't paying too much attention to my order. I paid already and I never get my pie???? Quite pissed off but I believe the food could be awesome. In my case, I was catching my bus in a super hurry.

  Great cafe but would be nice if you were allowed to eat at the tables outside with dogs on a leash.

  Good hearty breakfast - good place for a break heading north or south. Recommend as a place to have a break and sit beside the fire

  Apart from being overrun by Kiwi Experience busses, the real fruit ice cream at Beechwoods didn't live up to the quality we've had elsewhere. Possibly because they're using fruit that's frozen, not fresh?

  Has a kids playground area, great classic kiwi food and a nice pot of tea. Love this place. Great pies too!
