Highly priced, for so called Premium rooms to what is actually advertised, very unclean, dirty shower dispenser with black gunk on it, basin peeling all around, toilet visible filth on rim, no comfortable chairs as in picture on website, requested for extra towels, reception could not cater to this at the time, so had to re-use dirty towels, so unhappy, feel ripped off, took photos of this filth.
Difference from premium and standard, is it was on the second level, big deal, and had air-con, which was the only bonus.

Unclean, dusty hotel that forces you to get tap water from the bathroom and an old elevator which barely works. Upon arrival the refrigerator was turned off with the complementary expired milk inside it. Not recommended.

Disgusting and Unprofessional
We had a workshop at this hotel in August and we we're completely disgusted with this venue. The food was absolutely horrible and our participants could not eat it. We called the restaurant manager, Vinay and he told us that he serves this kind of food to other patrons and they don't seem to have a problem with it. He said "our standards were too high". We were asked to pay for the entire workshop, venue and catering before the event, which we did. Now try to get our money back for the catering and we have run into an unethical and unprofessional manager. We asked to speak with the General Manager but have had not correspondence from him/her either. We have now been in contact with a Collection Agency to retrieve our money back from the hotel. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT use this venue for a workshop, or special event. You will be disappointed!!response / report this review -

I have never been so embarrassed in my life. We have been running workshops and seminars for over 12 years and never experienced this kind of service EVER. The food we had was unedible and the coffee had tomato remnants in it. My participants told me that they couldn't eat their breakfast as it was absolutely disgusting. We were told we had to pay prior to our event which we did. Now try and get your money back for absolutely atrocious food.the restaurant manager Vinay offered to pay us half back
Not acceptable for food my participants could not eat!! He said my standards were too high. DO NOT plan an event at this hotel if you want it to be a nice catered affair.
We had to send our reimbursement invoice for collection as they have not remedied this situation to our satisfaction. If I could give 0, I would but I will give it 1 because of Raj the front desk person.response / report this review -

I attended a course at this hotel and I was extremely SHOCKED at the standard of food and hot drinks available. It appears leftovers were put into our wraps for lunch?!

Went there for a day course in one of the conference rooms. Food was provided and hot water and coffee. We found black lumps coming out when we used the hot water container obviously it wasn't clean! I also found strange lumps in my cup of coffee, cups and rubbish were not collected and taken away during our time there 8.30-3pm. Lunch was so bad it was dry and taste less so most left it and went to the dairy across the road. Flies flying around in the foyer Will never ever go there again Gross!!!!

I was quite surprised. Going off other reviews, I really had low expectations but it wasn't that bad. Front desk wasn't very helpful. Initially the guy was one the phone and didn't even realize I was standing guy. Second guy stepped in and took care of me but was hard to understand. Rooms were ok but the bathrooms really, really needed some updating. Loved the air conditioning!!

Owners - Shame on You . excessively priced, sub standard rooms/bathrooms and dirty poor quality (+ an insufficient amount) linen/bedding. Avoid this Hotel at all costs unless you see a marked improvement in ratings or the attainment of a suitable QualMark.
