Second time to stay. Very good
Dated decor and an ancient uncomfortable bed, but it's clean enough and close to the airport. I wouldn't stay here if not flying out first thing in the morning.
Have used before and will probably use again
This time electric blanket on one side had wires showing and did not work, one lamp was out and bathroom fan did not work. Convenient to leave car while travelling and free shuttle to and from airport.
Previous stays were fine.
Little value (room outdated, some parts were broken) for the price they charge. The only reason we stayed there was because it was close to the airport and they provided free pickup and drop off from the airport. But very nice people
Clean friendly roomy and close to everything especially airport would recomend
Little bit older but clean and spacious rooms and bathroom, free wifi and very close to airport without being too noisy. Free shuttle to airport at any time is perfect.
Got into Auckland very late that night, one night only our flight out 4.30am in the morning, unpacked showered settle in went sit outside nice hot cuppa took a peak around the corner of our chalet and BANG skip bin full of garbage well and truly over loaded as a guest that was disgusting downright put off. being a outer of Towner looking for another Hotel to us would be looking for a needle in a haystack. So I expect this area to be clean up on my next return, if I return.
Took 20 minutes to pick us up at the airport. When I called after 15 minutes was told the roads busy when they weren't. Room was dark as dungeon. 4 plus lights in the room but still dark. Room was clean however. WiFi was free however connecting to it was troublesome. Just over night stay so didn't have to stay to long.
Quiet, despite the main roads nearby. Didn't feel too clean, but not filthy.
Spa bath was a plus, as was the free Wi-Fi.
Worst bit, unfortunately, was having a dozen million-candlepower spotlights in the car park, with the windows in our room being covered by the thinnest curtains ever made. It felt like trying to sleep during high summer in the Antarctic. Yes, it was cold, too, with big gaps around doors, but the oil column heater took some of the chill off.
It was convenient for us, but we would not have stayed there if there were other properties available nearby for the date of our stay.
