  Warm and tidy, but tired interior and overpriced for what you get. Smelt damp and mouldy. Needs some TLC!!!

  I got bed bugs bites all over my legs, arms and neck. Apart from that the motel was alright but I wouldn't stay again because of the bites.

  Rooms were simple but clean. Very friendly and secure place. Good wifi with no limit. Rooms are a little dated and maybe could do with better ventilation. I would happily stay here again.

  Negatives:
  
  Bed cover and pillow cases worn and old. Bed was *EXTREMELYUNCOMFORTABLE* almost concrete like. Just terrible!
  Room was definately NOT WORTH the amount we paid.. WIFI ?? useless!

  good location and my husband enjoyed the recliner and sports channel.

  Terrible, rubbish behind the bedside drawer, bed was very uncomfortable, we booked King size and got Queen size, they took money out before we left, which is not what usually happens when staying in these types of places. The room was dirty. Very unpleasant night there, we needed to stay or we would have left straight away.

  Ok not much road space an parking space. Linens old dusty had to cover over with my own linen. Other then that close to everything..

  20Nov16 We've held workshops here and booked accommodation for guests, customers and staff. Good location handy to Westfield Manukau, Auckland international airport, fast food stores and the motor ways. Reasonable prices
