  Helpful staff to assist you. Quiet and calm service in the middle of busy Newmarket. Easy reach to many on demand shopping centers and cafes.

  Nice helpful reception. The room was large, although slightly outdated for 190NZD/night. The bathroom was clean, could do with an upgraded shower though.

  Stayed there last night and the bathroom sink would not drain and grit came out of the tap. The replacement room I was transfered to - the door out to the balcony was stuck. Not a four star Qualmark accredited motel. It would shame us as a country for tourists to come here. Refer the reviews on tripadvisor, look at the photographs other people of motel to learn the truth.

  This is NOT a 4 star place. Its old and disgusting and barely a 2 stars. The bedding have old blood stains on them everything is faded and old abd mouldy. You will find cleaner and nicer ppl running motels on Grt South across the road than this dump

  Close to the stadium we were going to. Room was tidy, bathroom was a good size and the looks from the outside are deceiving. Good service and quiet around the motel.

  smell of damp when we walked into our number 8 room. Fridge had a used drink still in it. No tissues in tissue box in bathroom.. Only a 3 star.
