Great hotel, lovely spot near the Bayswater Marina. Friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms with everything you need. Not in Takapuna though so keep in mind it's a 10 minute drive. Great access to ferries to the city.

Great hotel with fantastic views of Auckland Cbd. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. There is free WiFi and parking for guests as well.

Great room. Continental breakfast doesn't include egg. And it can be confuse from paid breakfast and included breakfast. Had to pay extra $8 by taking an egg. Not a good feeling to be chased to pay when checkout.

Staff were not helpful, no information in the rooms regarding the amenities of the hotel. There was black mould in the shower. Would have to question the 5 star rating

Was very surprised with this little Gem. I have lived in Auckland well over 40 years and never knew this place existed. What I found interesting is that all the staff were Indians, and the men did majority of the work. Food was okay, would be nice though if they made some Indian meals. Very nice customer service, friendly and helpful.

Rooms are really good, service is fantastic. Spectacular views of the Auckland harbour bridge, 2 minute walking distance from ferry to downtown Auckland.

I stayed here for a week with my wife as a Christmas vacation. First of all, it is very tidy and clean. The staffs are friendly and smiley. There are two stoves and a dish washer and a microwave and a wahing machine so it was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and were totally satisfied by this place. I wnat to say thanks to the staffs here.
