Great service, furnishings in room rather shabby and not very cosy, but the breakfast was excellent, and a good location too.

Centric Hotel, comfortable and with a nice price quality relation, given it's location and the average prices of Oslo. Only downside is the unstable WiFi connection.

Nice, clean rooms. Elevators failed twice in a 4 night stay. They do have one ice machine for guests, but don't give much notice that it is available. Breakfast is traditional scandinavian hotel fare. Scrambled eggs are like soup, which I found elsewhere in Sweden, so this must be a scandinavian thing. They did have sunny side up fried eggs which is unusual. No A/C, but you can ask for a fan at the desk. Nice location near National Theatre subway stop, and Royal Palace.

    - bathroom is wicked small
    - no air conditioning
    - extremely noisy as tram starts running at 4am every 10-15 mins which feels like a minor earthquake on the lower level floors.
    - remote control of TV faulty and couldn't even watch the publicly televised Euro matches (4-5 channels total)
    - Nespresso seems to be a popular substitute for real coffee (Espresso/Cappuccino) in general and of course at this establishment
    - only semi highlight was the food provided for breakfast
    - If you are looking for a good night's sleep and a place to relax, then this is definitely the wrong place to be.
