A very pleasent no thrills hotels. The rooms are pleasent, the showers are just ok (not a lot of towles, insufficient toiletries, as I said - no thrills) but the food is great and the staff are cordial and helpful that they added a star to the review because they're so charming

Very nice hotel in the centre of Bergen. Room was good albeit a little small (had the family room). Excellent breakfast, one of the best I have ever had probably. Restaurant is also very good. Only downside was the lack of any control of the air in the room. Otherwise excellent all round

Metal grate in front of their doors are extremely slippery when wet! I slipped and fell, sprained my wrists. Be very careful!!! Otherwise, a great breakfast spread!

Nice hotel in a great location near the train station in Bergen. Our room was of a reasonable size and standard. The only issue we had was that the temperature control wasn't working but the room temperature was pleasant. The breakfast buffet was ample and delicious and we had one dinner in the restaurant in the top floor. Nice food, great service and amazing views. The staff were also very helpful and friendly

This hotel was our best value for a modern hotel during our travels in Norway. It very was the only hotel where our group of 3 comfortably slept in one room; 2 comfortable beds and 1 completely comfortable wall fold-out bed. The central location is perfect for walking the streets of Bergen and easily seeing the most popular sites the city has to offer. The staff was friendly and attentive, from front desk to house keeping. The breakfast buffet was over-the-top amazing; when you're out touring during the day you can skip lunch because after sampling all that the breakfast has to offer, you won't need a meal until evening! A shopping mall is directly across the street from the hotel, so if you forgot a cosmetic or clothing item, it is very easy to shop for what you need.

Room No. 801 Junior suite.

Personally, I believe this is one of the best hotels in Bergen. You get a very good service and clean rooms fantastic selection of food and drink for breakfast and good beds

Great hotel. The desk staff were very nice but seemed to know less about Bergen than we did. The Breakfast buffet was the most amazing hotel breakfast I've ever had. The room was comfortable, nice bed. Awesome giant light up owl mural above the bed Very Viking.
