Try and avoid the new Family room. For some reason, the designers thought that having a badly lit living room was what business travellers need. They were badly wrong. The only bit of the TV that is visible from the bed alcove is the four inches of the back where they had the plans so long that 36" TVs went out of production. Breakfast is not brilliant. Cold pancakes- hmmmm.

Even though we paid the hotel price online, they wanted to charged us again! When we proved that we paid it, they wanted to put 100nok deposit on my card as usual (they said). But when we checked bank account, they charged the hotel price again without my permission!!!
I had to spend two days of conversation with my bank and the hotel but I still did not receive the money and deposit back! Be careful against those kind of people!response / report this review -

Walking distance from airport, good for early morning flights. Hotel itself is fine to crash for a night. Not much to do in the area.

Restaurant serves a reasonable selection of dishes. The food itself is alright but nothing to get excited about. The staff are friendly however the service is somewhat slow.

Little bit out of the city but it's a decent hotel with nice staff. The new rooms are nice but the older ones are a little small. Good bar and resteraunt. Nice breakfast.

Had paid for a cheap and normal-sized room for two, but got switched to a Business Class suite free of extra charge because they had overbooked the normal low-cost rooms. Breakfast and free Wi-Fi included in every room, and they were both fenomenal! Best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel, hands down. All in all a great hotel and amazing staff. Will definitely book rooms here again!

Hotel was in a convenient location, had friendly staff and I had a lovely, newly renovated room. Breakfast was a little disappointing, but perhaps it was just the Norwegian style of breakfast which was unusual.

Nice hotel with lovely staff. Girl in the reception was very passionate about tunnels. Nice and fresh rooms and good breakfast with everything you'd expect. Any bathroom doors?
