Food and service was very good. Single rooms were horrible, small, bad air. Several people changed rooms, I wish I did Bathroom was tiny. The lunch, breakfast and service increased my rating. The view and conferance room was also nice. I wont be going back thougj, due to the room, which felt a little like a jailcell. Also, website says there is a minibar in the rooms, which was not true for me. I had brought things i wanted to refridgerate, so it was disappointing.

Stayed in a single room for work event. The location and premises are beautiful, with an amazing view of the Oslo fjord. The room was nice, but small, with a single (90 cm) bed. Food was a bit disappointing, breakfast was best.

Great food, especially good seafood. Loved the lunch. No pool, and the training room is small so easily gets crowded. Otherwise good facilities, as you would expect.

The waiters at the restaurant seemed very friendly the whole time, and everything was very well organized. There was a lot of different food to choose between during the buffet.

Nice hotell with some traditional buildings. A nice garden and a real nice wiev of the Oslo fjord makes this hotell at the top of the hill great!

When they say this hotel has history from WW2, and then they don't explain it further, it's because the original building was meant to be Vidkun Quisling's (Norway's best known traitor) summer house.

The 'bomb shelter'-notion I got while strolling through the hotel corridors lead me to research its history. It made for a nice fun fact to be shared during evening beers.

Apart from the gritty history, this is a really nice hotel. Warm lunch with a wide selection. A large and friendly staff hard at work. A cozy 'cabin in the woods'-interior style. An 'all you can eat' free self-served soft ice-machine. Dinner was nice as well.

Through this was a really pleasant one night stay, I have to deduct one star from the rating. The reason for this is because all of us (me and my work colleagues), which stayed at the bottom floor, got our bathrooms flooded because of clogged shower-drains. The room interior could also use an update.
