Super expensive hotel, of course very well located, as it is really at the airport, you literally take 2 minutes from here to the main terminal building. It is also located on top of the train station which serves the Flytoget and NSB trains. There are also bus stops literally outside of the hotel.

The place is a pain. I have never waited less than 10 minutes before someone had the time to check me in - the back office being crowded with people obviously having more important tasks to do. 300 Euro for a business room that has the veneer peeling from its tiny desk, a carpet that should have been removed ten years ago, and a minibar that is half-empty, as it was not stocked again after the previous guest (yes, I was charged for his drinks, too - incredible). And SAS still defines "class and standard" with oversized shampoo tubes, as if anyone needed this. At the same time, they shout you in the face about all their sustainability achievements, when at breakfast, you don't even get organic eggs. What a pain - and never again.

Air-condition is very noisy and can do with a service! It is annoying when you are trying to get some sleep.
The room is very clean and tidy and includes a desk, T.V, minibar, couch, closet, bathroom, sink and toilet. The beds and pillows are very comfortable.
Location of the hotel is great if you are on a transfer / 1 night stop over flight. It is located opposite the airport and you only need to cross the road and walk for 1 minute to get there.
Staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast is great. Cost per night are on the higher end of the scale.response / report this review -

Travelers Beware: Left an item of value in the bathroom upon checkout. Called an hour after, reception said housekeeping would get it and hold until my return flight. 3 weeks later, the staff had extreme difficulty taking time to check the lost and found. 2 phone calls and a personal visit later I finally get a concrete answer that my item was 'not found'.
Very disappointed in the unprofessionalism. Something like this should be simple to handle. Gather lost and found items and keep them near reception. Easy.response / report this review -

Flight arrived before noon. Tried to check in but was told Check in isn't until 2. So we sat in the waiting area for 30 minutes. They then decided to let us check in. I reserved a family room. They didn't have one available so they gave me a Jr. Suite. It had 4 beds in it and there were 3 of us. So it worked out just fine. Hotel looks newer. Contemporary.

Nice, clean and big rooms. Just a short walk from the baggage belt! The price tho is rather expensive compared to the other options around.

Nice clean rooms very close to the terminal. The gym is the best equipped I've seen! Dumbells, benches, machines, treadmill - the works!

Cozy hotel next to the Airport, takes about 5 minutes to walk to the check-in counters.
We had 2 adjacent rooms of good quality and it was not that expensive. I'll stay there again next time I'm flying out from Oslo Airportresponse / report this review -

Good hotel for an overnight stay if you have a flight to catch. Very wide variations in the service levels. Rooms vary - some are renovated, some are straight from the '80s.
