I had an excellent stay at this hotel for 7 nights and I will definitely choose this hotel when I will be travelling for business and have to be accommodated centrally. I had some problems with the air ventilation during the first night and even though that was due to the central system, they managed to find a solution to fix that for me. It was also nice that they equip the rooms with an iron board and iron, a kettle and tea and instant coffee so it's always nice to warm up whenever you wish. Breakfast is nice but I had better. It is quite diverse for maybe a shorter stay, however, after a while you don't get much to choose from. Also, it is sometime noisy (due to being central, during weekend there are parties either on the street and you can hear them in - or in the other rooms - if you know what I mean - wink wink).
Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel. It has a good balance between quality and price and it's central (2 minutes walking distance from the Christmas market).

Really good service but I would not stay here again. The hotel is good in everything apart from room cleanliness and bed comfort. There was dust on the bed headboard, under the bed and on the sofas. The beds are so incredibly narrow. Even on the double room it is just two narrow beds put together with a 70mm high mattress on top of a frame. I kept waking up feeling I was about to fall out of the bed, and I was!

In general I was happy about this hotel choice. It is located in the middle of the city centre with a short walk to just about anything you could want. The price was ok, and I would usually give a hotel of this quality and location 5 stars. I retract one star for the noise coming from the club across the street. This was Saturday night, so it might be more quiet other nights. But it was quite noticeable and reduced the quality of my sleep.

We choose this hotel mainly because good price. Room was small and dusty. During the room visit they haven't tidy the dust, just the shower room and bed. Showers are not very practical, water goes everywhere on the floor. Floor was heated in the bathroom, which was good.
Location is perfect! Just in the city centre! But, tram and sports bar opposite the hotel is very disturbing overnight.
Disappointed with the room, but Cafe staff, especially one lady with dark long hair was very nice, kind and helpful.
Breakfast there was tasty, with plenty options. Try waffles with jam - yami! Dinner - we left full, portions are big and tasted good.
Coffee and tea was unlimited for guests at the reception, I liked that.

Nice room, Good price. No smoking allowed. -Some rooms could be smoking allowed you guys. 5stars worth if not for that. Oh and breakfast, way too expensive.
