Great location between shopping and the train station. Service was good, the front desk accommodated us last minute when our other hotel didn't work out. Breakfast is included which makes it a good value considering Oslo's prices. Our superior room was nicely sized.

We stayed only for one night. Friendly staff, good location, good breakfast. Cleanliness of bed was good, but some items from previous guests still remained in the mini bar.

The greatest thing about this hotel is its central location, albeit quite a walk from the metro station. Equally great is the fantastic breakfast. The free Wifi and TV which can play your own music and videos cast from mobile devices and also the relative cleanliness of the building and rooms are also among its pluses. My only complaints would be from room windows which face what is now an atrium so fresh air is not an option (might come handy in winters though), and the lack of any extras such as sports facilities and lobby entertainment you would expect to see in a four-star hotel. I would recommend it to anyone wishing to visit city attractions, but not a place you enjoy staying in for too long during the day.

Great hotel. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The room was clean and very welcoming. Everything at the hotel was great. The only thing that was a negative was the paid parking situation.

This hotel is central and easy located within the downtown part of Oslo. The staff is very friendly and checking in was easy. We got a great room, it's clean and spacious. Big flat screen TV, which also has an extension cord with HDMI and USB connection, so hooking up the Chromecast was easy as pie. The WiFi is superb and free. The breakfast has a good selection, but if you come in late, as we did, you might have to stress a little for a place. All in all, this is a great hotel and I will definitely come back!

Clean and smart. Breakfast has very good selection of fruit, meats, breads, hot food and cereals. Location is excellent for many tourist attractions. Recommended.
