Dusty AC which made me sick the entire visit. You can't even open the window to get some fresh air so you had to use the AC to get the air circularize. It was hell. Had fever every day and the receptionist was not able to offer any compensation
And they only clean your room 1 time in two weeks.response / report this review -

Great location and really clean, great service. It is compact but this is what we expected. Having a larger surface in the bathroom to place toiletries would be great. No coffee maker in the rooms but there is a low cost coffee maker in the lobby as well as coffee shops close by. In all it is exactly as we expected and a great price.

Great location , very central located . Attractions are within walking distance. Many shops , supermarkets and restaurants are near by .
Room is small and very basic , good hot water for shower . Good for it’s price ! Staff are friendly and helpful .
Parking is 17€ a day , the park house is 2 mins walk .response / report this review -

Stayed here on a business trip. We were a group of 4 each with our own room. My room was fine. Bed was alright and everything worked. A little short on the norms you expect even at a discount hotel these days but the location was very close to all we needed.
While my room was fine one of my colleagues suffered through broken heater for 2 days before being relocated and my other colleague had a broken bed and also had to be changed from their room the following day.
We stayed a week and this hotel is what it a. You get a room andhopefully the bed int broken and your heat works.
Other than that.. it is clean and the staff ifs friendly. If not a little loud early in the morning as the stores streetwise have the trucks do all the unloading. Some soundproof windows would have been a minimal investment.
For my next visit I would certainly look at other options before here. Competition in hotels is fierce in Rotterdam to only be average or worse.response / report this review -

The staff is super friendly. Ready to help 24/7 (literally).
But it's sad to say that the room was not very clean when we check in.
At the first sight, every thing looks clean.
But with a second look, It was clearly that the House keeping just did quick fix on the room.
It looks like she/he just change the quilt alone, because the under sheet had at least 5 pieces of hair strands on it, and little dirt spots.
It was clearly not change.
The was a poof cushion next to the bed. When we move it, the was plastic spoons and sugar packets down there.
The Bathroom was also not 100% clean.
So it was clearly that house keeping lady/man did not do her best on the room.
But, as soon as we contact the front desk lady, she offer us another room,
Wich we decline, because we had doubt that it would be clean. So she immediately went to get clean sheets, and quilt and everything, and cleaned the room her self. So that we saw that everything was clean.
Other then that. Everything was perfect.
The location could not be better. either if you are with car, bike, public transportation etc,
it is the perfect location to stay when you want to Experience Rotterdam.
Would be Nice if they could manage to offer quest a parking card so we can go in and out, anytime of a daily fixed price.response / report this review -

Came in to the hotel to arrange a group booking. While the reception itself is not able to do this they did give me the full picture of availability and prices. For group bookings they referred me to the reservations department.

Room is clean with all the necessaries. It's small but that's expected for a budget hotel. Opposite the hotel is a skateboard park, good to catch some night air. Walking distance to Rotterdam Central, cafes, coffee shops, etc. Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful, excellent service provided.

Currently staying here and facing the street side and can literally hear everything! have been kept up for the past 2 hours listening to a truck being unloaded. A car driving by would wake anyone up. Rooms are TINY, walls are thin, one scrawny pillow, no kettle with tea and coffee in the rooms, no hairdryer, no sanitory bin! Thank god im staying here one night as i would refuse to stay another. Do not recommend.

Basic rooms at great prices . Clean and tidy with brilliant shower/bathroom . Very central location. Lockers available at 3 euro so you can walk around even on your return day and collect luggage later . Friendly helpful staff offering information on local sightseeing . Snack vending machine and coffee available 24/7

I stayed 1 night in room 2.04, the reception service was very polite and helpful, the room was small but was very clean and tidy and served the purpose. The only downside was the road noise but it was not overly intrusive. I would stay again and recommend the hotel.

Excellent location! Perfectly located for all our needs this weekend. Comfortable room, lovely warm welcome from the reception staff who were also very accommodating and knowledgeable when we had queries about the local area. Superb shower and comfortable bed. Only minor gripe would be the room was too hot (even with the 'cooling' turned up to full) with no way to open windows in the room.
