Not a hotel. At best it's a low rate b&b. Dirty & horrible.

Dirty, additional costs that suddenly appear, reserved room not available and room then offered was more expensive. Highly unprofessional, had to wait for breakfast because the owner overslept. Run down as well. Never again. Please don't stay there. It's not worth the stress.

I have stayed at the Hotel Baan for the last two years as part of a study abroad program and couldn't be more delighted to be staying there again this year. Jan Baan is a pleasure to work with, the hotel is clean, the breakfasts plentiful, and it is located a stone's throw from Delfshaven, a neighborhood rich in gezellig bars and restaurants. Jan takes a great deal of pride in his hotel, and it shows.
