Absolutely awful, steer clear of this one. No reception, no lobby, this is basically a hostel. No lift, extremely steep staircase up to rooms where I actually fell. no code for front door, eventually after getting in, Card wouldn't work in bedroom door, no help from owner. Room was old and musty. We were afraid to stay as there were no staff, we didn't feel safe and wouldn't have anyone to contact in case of emergency. After discussions with the owner he agreed that we wouldn't have to stay and he would refund the money personally. This never arrived and he won't take any phone calls from us now. You are putting your life in hands here, I would recommend anywhere else

Mauvaise expérience : si la chambre est agréable, il n'y a pas de réception Donc impossible de commander un petit déjeuner et surtout d'avoir quelqu'un si on a un problème. L'électricité ne fonctionnait plus à notre réveil et impossible de joindre quelqu'un. Ils promettent d'être disponibles, mais personne ne répondait au téléphone Et ils nous ont prélevé tout de même l'intégralité du tarif de la chambre.

Large spacious room which is well furnished and stocked. Steep staircase - no lift. Close to #7 tram. Owner is very helpful and responsive.
