Beautifull decoration, friendly and helpfull staff, excellent room service, very tasty breakfast and big cozy rooms! No problem with the heat. The perfect choice!

Comfortable bed, large room, amazingly friendly staff. Only knocked a star off because we upgraded to a suite and it was pointless- microwave with no turntable, no plates, bowls, spoons, cutlery. Had to stir our coffee using the arm of a pair of glasses!

The furniture is old and you can see it. The carpet was full of stains and our room had a weird old smell. If the old Frosty Flakes we found in a drawer, were included in the overpriced room is another question?!
Staff was not friendly and didn't took any criticism. We also had the feeling that we weren't in a good neighborhood.
Art Hotel? - more like 'We mix a bunch of stuff together and call it art'

It's a really perfect place to have not expensive night near to the center of city. The view from 12 floor is beautiful, the support was really nice and helpful. 50 meters from hotel is Maashaven metro station.

No heating system, No air conditioning, and uncomfortable beds. Most of the lights in the room are not working, and no one responds to fix them. Some of the reception staff are very nice, but the majority aren't friendly. Actually, you feel that they aren't happy to have you in the hotel. They make you feel that they give you a favor when they accept you as a guest. Unbelievable!

Good location. No car park, but its 17 euros all day on the street next to hotel. Room is OK, bit dirty carpet. 3 star hotel but they say it's 4

Easy to find, plenty of shops around, plenty of street parking and it's free overnight. Rooms are nice and big and equipped with a kitchen which is great if you are staying with kids.

Everything good, except one of the nights, they forgot to make my room. I like the art decor being in line with the theme of the hotel.

Good value for money. Stayed here one night and found the staff to be accommodating, rooms clean and the kitchen work top area was useful to have. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful view on Rotterdam from the hotel room. Nice staff. Super close to the metro. I do not put 5 stars because there was a lot of (wind?) noise in the room at night (good thing I had earplugs) and the bed cover was a little light. Nevertheless, I would go back again for sure!

Comfortable bed. Delighted that we had a small kitchen worktop in our room because it turned out to be quite handy. Fridge was not large but not too small either. It was a good size. Room temperature felt right at all times. We had a decent view from our window. Wifi speed was decent. Staff were swift and pleasant when any request was made. Ideal location as the train station is just across the road from the train station. And it is a perfect location if you are attending an event at the Ahoy Arena as it is 10 minutes away by train or 20 minutes walking.

I have stayed here on several occasions due to its convenient location for the Ahoy North Sea Jazz Festival (it's just above the train station, which is great for tired feet after a long day at the festival).

The Hotel its self is quirky, the staff are friendly and helpful. The suites are fun. The beds are comfy. The price is reasonable. Breakfast is good as are the cocktails, what more do you need from a hotel.

Very friendly staff. Great hotel for the price. Nice breakfast. Indeed the rooms and the rest of the hotel were very warm, so take this into account. However, the staff immediately opened the doors in the breakfast room when they noticed. And the views can be amazing!
