Heb gehoord dat meneer Harkema met jullie samen werkt, mijn Bernina Lockmachine is steeds kapot maar het is onduidelijk, heb nu het hoofdkantoor van Bernina gebeld en die vinden de antwoorden van meneer Harkema ook onduidelijk en gaan het melden in Zwitserland bij Bernina.
