Nice hotel. It is dated but very neat and clean. I like the design, it is from the Jugendstil period. Personnal is friendly. Room we had was clean but small, we gently woke up by the sound of the clocks of the Martinitower

Overall the hotel hat a nice Ambiente and the service was nice. However the corridor smelled old and so did the room. The economy room for two was extremely tiny, but clean. We only had one towel each on the first day, but on the second we had two fresh ones each and one extra for the floor, which was confusing. There was an extra cost of 15 euros for parking. The breakfast was decent, but nothing special. Not a huge variety of choices, and cold eggs and bacon etc.

Friendly staff, good service, however the rooms are not very large and the bathroom is very tiny. The beds are very soft and comfy. The location of the hotel together with the staff is the biggest advantage of the hotel.

It's a lovely hotel. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. While the rooms are not massive, they are plenty enough for you to feel comfortable. The restaurant serves great food so you will always enjoy whatever you order. The hotel itself is situated in a very convenient place. There is a supermarket practically next door and you only have to walk across the road out the front contract the town shops. If you are looking for a nice place to stay while you go out and enjoy the sites, this is the place for you
