Nice place, lots of friendly staff. Very historic building, the single room was cozy. Some guests (or staff?) were very loud early in the morning, loud chatter, slamming doors. The second night my room was haunted by a strange sewage smell that made it difficult to sleep. Not sure why but there wasn't much I could do.

Well placed downtown. Be aware you can't access it by car. Room is big, clean. Got room under the roof with lots of windows which was nice. If you plan to work forget it, there was no table but as it was for vacation that doesn't matter much. Breakfast is good, limited but the essential is there.
The hotel interior by itself has its own character, which differentiate it from others.
Excellent place, pricey but good for couple days.

Nice place, beds where a bit soft. Jacuzzi and room were perfect for a weekend getaway.

Beautiful antique building and decoration located ideally in the city centre. However the restaurant service has a lot to improve; all unoccupied tables were full with empty glasses and dishes. Had to signal waiter multiple times and finally took our order after 15 min.

Cosy hotel, great ambiance and in the centre of city. Rooms are old and in need of maintenance but the price is correct.
We had a spacious suite for €150 per night. No view but large and with a jacuzzi. Well stocked minibar but the fridge is a bit noisy.
Breakfast buffet is ok, nothing special but for the delicious bread made in house. They should do an effort to present it a little better.
The terrace is a nice place, a shame the pigeons are so cheeky but you can't hold that against the hotel.

Terrible. The price of the breakfast (16€) is not worth it; there is not much variety (besides the bread selection, that's true). The cheese, ham, etc., were obviously from past few days.
After one confusion moment (somebody called saying that "the person who sleeps in my room is not showing up for tonight"), my room appeared opened after the whole day when, of course, I (the real person who slept there) showed up. They did not ask for identification to this person nor anything. Good that I had everything closed with a lock on my luggage.
The room was, again, ridiculously small. The bathroom did not have door. The light of the room were in not practical places. There was, literally, not space to put the luggage on the floor and open it. It was too obvious to me that that room was not designed as a room at the beginning, and eventually they adapted it.
Things were not working properly like plug ins; there was no air conditioning.
A really bad experience not worth the expensive price. I do not recommend it at all; I've slept more safe and comfortable in hostels.

Nice hotel on a very central location. It's old but the facilities are good. Staff is friendly and the food and drinks are of good quality.

We didn't try the high tea but it looked very nice

A Shadow of its former glory. Old hotel but badly maintained. Smells funny in some places. Small and soft beds, didn't get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was OK, homemade bread which was very good, and staff were friendly. I will not visit again
