  De Drie Gezusters is very large, both inside and out. There are several rooms and bars indoors and heated outdoor seating. Great place for large groups. Good selection of craft beers.

  This is one the oldest cafe's in Groningen and a really nice place to visit for lunch, diner or in the summer a drink outside on the terrace.

  I was shown this pearl back in 2008 by a group of local friends and have been coming back yearly to the city and this place ever since. It's one of the few restaurants/bars that "defines" Groningen. I have lots of great memories here with friends and family from everything to dining, watching the world cup, to going out for a few to many alcoholic beverages. It's perfectly located in the city centre with everything you need in close proximity. Looking forward to many visits in the future!

  Great ambience , good beer, and very nice food! It's a sprawling bar with lots of themes for the seating! Very polite hosts! Can't wait to try it out again!

  Excellent place to have beer. The background music isn't loud which makes it a perfect place to chat with someone. The interior has nice, dim lights and is cozy.

  Food a rip off - paid 55 euro for worst steaks ever! When I complained which does NOT often happen they were more interested in getting me to pay the bill than providing a good meal. Never go there again!!!

  Famous set of bars in the center of Groningen.
  
  Bit if a maze when you are in there, but really beautiful. Good choice of beer and the food is very good for bar standards.
  
  Friendly and fast staff. Definitely recommended!

  The area for partying and gathering. Good food, cheap drinks, three bars, tons of people, and the only sports bar in town if you like American Football!! Go to the middle bar. Plus the wait staff are all cute :)
