  Good clean hotel in ideal location.near pubs,shops,coffee shops,ect.has a nice smoking area on the roof were u can toot away.bed comfy,shower nice.ANYONE WHO GOES ON ROOF TERRACE,IF U TAKE UR KIDS UP THERE.BE VERY CAREFUL THEY DONT CLIMB THE LITTLE FENCES THEY HAVE.THEY SHOULD BE HIGHER REALLY.

  The room was better than expected. The bed was large, the hotel was quiet, the bathroom was excellent, and even had a nice bath. And it was really close to Central station and some really cool restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

  Nice hotel, good location, reasonable breakfast (though there isn't any toast!). Price is reasonable as well. Bed too soft for me personally. Quite noisy in the mornings with the tram lines outside.

  Just returned from a conference in Rotterdam. I stayed 5 nights at the Hotel Emma. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place. Comfortable room, nice breakfast (included), friendly and helpful staff. 1 light rail system literally outside the hotel door and a 2nd one less than a block. You don't even have to cross the street. I highly recommend this place.

  Friendly personnel, noisy and warm room (right above a busy street town, no airconditioning), small television but still a cozy room.
  
  Canteen personnel drank straight from the milk jug during breakfast, not very hygienic nor is it professional.

  Hotel was very clean, breakfast was great, front desk was very nice and spoke English flawlessly. Bed was very comfortable. The outlet has a USB plug in, in case you forgot a converter for the different outlets.
