I don't love staying here, I'm afraid. The service is hit and miss. The beds aren't very comfortable. I have always enjoyed the evening meal which is good, but overall I don't recommend.

Is good value for money. Not top end hotel but the room was nice. You got free parking. I just wish the WIFI a bit faster. Overall is a good for the price.

There is a good menu for dinner. The meals are tasty and of good quality. The only I'm missing are more cereals for breakfast. Eggs are freshly prepared, but they are using too much butter.

Our room was not cleaned although we stayed for 2 nights, nobody even said sorry for that after I asked for fresh towels and water. Like for a 4* hotel it needs renovation, like elevators, corridors, lobby, some areas in the room like bathroom. In the bathroom there was a rust around the handle on the wall, some hair found in bathtube which was not ours, location just next to highway causes it's very loud when you open the window. No public transport in reasonable distance from the hotel, no shops, restaurants - it's ok when you have a car like we did, otherwise you won't feel comfortable.

Plus:
Fridge in the room, free parking next to the hotel, big TV, big bathroom but could be cleaner

Never again. I am still surprised how this hotel is still in business.

Though the reservation etc went fine, check in was ok, but my door key would not work. It took over 15 minutes and 4 visits to the counter to get the right keys.

The biggest pain was the morning breakfast. The timing was given from 7 AM till 9 AM. We would be there at 8 AM, and there would be nothing left. No bread, no eggs, no bacons, no milk, no cutlery. the staff would simply say that they have lot of guests and they are "trying" to help. One staff even shouted back at me - when we are trying our best, you should sit and wait. Wait? For what?

Their best was not good enough. Never again to Bastion anywhere in the world.

Dirty Rooms. No Toilette paper was in Toilette when we checked in. Dust in whole room. Hairs and dirt on the showerpanel.
Firealarm was putted closed into abag by the Person who left the room day before. No service. We had to get Toilette paper in our own by the Rezeption. Very unfriendly. At the night Zoo Much trouble with room neighbors
The stay was very pretty fucked up. Worst Hotel i have ever Been in my life. Never again

Perfectly adequate hotel. Friendly staff, nice rooms, nice bar and good food. Would quite happily stay here again.
