Very nice hotel, nice location with a Michelin Star restaurant, Roberto's. We would very much consider to stay there next time that we will be in Amsterdam.

Was clean and in a nice location. Bar wait staff needs some more training serving people outside, they forgot orders. Other than that ,it was a nice hotel.

My hotel was experience delightful. Staff were always helpful and willing to go the extra meter for making my stay an unforgettable time.

Location is far enough away from central Amsterdam, yet close enough to appreciate Jordaan neighborhood and its locals, restaurants, bars. A must for individuals who like, or don't mind to walk over canals .

Realy outdated and poor service . I had a problem with a horrible smell in the closed of my room. Yes they kindly gave me an other room but all my cloths (coat, suits, shirts) had a horrible smell. They kindly offered a compensation .. I did not had to pay my € 11.-- minibar bill. If you want a nice stay in Amsterdam, look for a better place

Wonderful location away from the city centre in a beautiful neighbourhood. You can easily take the 24 tram directly from central station to Minervaplein, and from that stop it's only a 5 minute walk to this hotel. The staff were courteous and I enjoyed my stay! The King room with the canal view was delightful. Wifi was a bit slow and there were come connection/disconnection problems but overall it didn't detract from my experience.

The stay here was great, the staff were all sorer attentive and helpful. We got in on an early flight and we were checked in able to get in to our room 3-4 hours earlier than we were expecting to. The rooms were nice and I loved the showerhead. We had a beautiful we view from the 9th floor out across the city. The executive lounge had pretty great food and drink options, the eggs were cooked perfectly and really yummy. The hotel isn't super close to the "city center" but Amsterdam is so spread out that most of the places we were going were closer to us than they would have been had we stayed somewhere else. All in all is definitely stay here again it was an amazing experience.

Great location. On the canal. The outdoor area on the canal is beautiful and has service. Ross were really nice. The exec lounge was excellent. Winner, spirits, champagne, great food, nice view. Just wished the line was bigger with more couches. 6$ Uber to the best of Amsterdam.

Great hotel! Friendly staff who went way out of their way to help. Attractive, spacious room. Everything is very clean and in working order. The restaurant was good and the location is great for the museums. Highly recommend it!

Nice hotel with extremely helpful staff. Public areas are beautiful. Rooms are somewhat dated, things like power sockets by the bed and higher pressure showers would make a lot of difference.

I'm staying here now and the staff is wonderful. However we have not been able to sleep for 2 days due to the room is extremely hot and Uncomfortable. We have tried everything and finally at 3am a fan was brought to our room , a little to late. Sleeping is important when your days a packed unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel.

The location, while not in the downtown core, was close enough to bike anywhere we desired to go. The staff was exceptional, professional and very helpful. They made a big difference in the experience of our time here. Rooms and amenities were very current, and kept up to standards. Recommended for either business or pleasure.

Amazing service, excellent location!
The hotel is just by a canal, there is also a nice garden. The restaurant is very good both breakfast and lunch were excellent. There are also a few shops, a bar, meeting and conference room facilities as well. The room I had was comfortable and big enough.

One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, service was attentive and couldn't be friendlier, from the front desk staff to housekeeping to the bellhops. The views were beautiful from the large, well-appointed rooms, and installations were modern and clean. The hotel is located in a quiet, but well-connected neighborhood, within walking distance to many of Amsterdam's famous museums and a 15 minute tram ride to the middle of the city. We will be sure to stay again, and couldn't have enjoyed our stay more - we highly recommend the Hilton Amsterdam as your home base for a visit to this wonderful city.
