Comfy hotel in a quiet and breathable neighbourhood. The staff is very welcoming and the price of the room is affordable. I highly recommend.

clean Location in nice area. Tram just in front of the door: in 5 minutes at the museum place, in 10min in the centrum. The breakfast is delicious, the beds are soft and the employers are always friendly. good job!

Excellent service at the concierge desk! Very informative and friendly. Room was clean and complimentary nespresso coffee was available in every room. Lovely restaurant downstairs with great drinks available!

Location is pretty decent with trolley stations within the block yet away from the very touristy areas. Rooms are modestly comfortable, but far from modern. Breakfast is great.

Nice hotel, moving especially noteworthy. I stayed only one night. The cafe in the lobby area looked very cozy, but I didn't have time to try it out.

Room very small, poorly designed. Very poor acoustic insulation, one can almost hear each footstep in the hall, let alone the voices. Someone is letting the water run somewhere

This is the worst price quality ratio I've ever experienced.

On the plus, staff seems friendly.
Edit: breakfast saved the day. Hence the second star
Edit: friendliness of staff earned them a 3rd star

Good location, tram from the stop right outside will get you into the city in under 30 mins. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious and the staff are very pleasant.

Fabulous location. Across the road from a tram stop and a delicious bakery. 10 minutes from the centre. Rooms need some updating but it is clean and reliable WiFi. There was a small miscommunication with the night porter but he tried his best to meet our requirements (ie received three bath mats instead of a towel). Great experience and I would stay there again.
