Simple small hotel very close to outer canal. Room and bathroom is clean and well serviced. 32" TV with small selection of channels. Not a lot within 400 m of hotel. Breakfast is simple and adequate. Room decor is grey. Quiet. Windows are large and open up in my room. No plug for hand basin. No washing line in bathroom.

Lovely hotel just a short walk from centre, we were upgraded to slightly larger room which was a lovely surprise, rooms are lovely and clean and have everything you need for a short stay, we didn't have breakfast so i cant comment but dining area was clean and pleasant. Yes stairs are steep but not a problem for us. Staff were absolutely lovely, extremely helpful when i needed to print my return boarding cards and gave us directions and perfect english, i highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Nice room and well located but noisy cleaners every morning and awful customer service. We were trapped in their lift for half hour before they bothered answering their phone (no one responded to the lift alarm and luckily we had the phone reception), when they finally got us out they said these things happen and didn't even offer a complimentary breakfast. I appreciate it wasn't their fault but how they deal with these things is their responsibility

Lovely hotel with amazing staff. Loved every minute of being here. Only downside was the weak shower! Would return to however
