Really nice. Staff are very good. Bed is extremely comfortable, and the rooms very tidy. Didn't eat here but the food looks good too.

If you love being woken by sump valve being emptied and hearing every door open and close this is the place for you. Poor communication from the hotel not informing that the main bridge to get access no longer exists which sent sat nav a bit crazy. Loses another star for a dirty plaster/band-aid being stuck on the wall.

Really nice Hotel, would have preferred a different balcony room we were facing reception which wasn't ideal. It was quiet for most of the days except for Monday there seemed to be a lot of morning work in the hotel as well as construction starting back up again (can't hold the construction against the hotel though) other then that a really plesent stay, great location close to everything

Very unusual. Rooms like in a 3 stars hotel, the breakfast is nice and staff is super friendly.

Rooms are more than adequate. It is in a handy area close to Blaak train and tube stations and surrounding restaurants etc.

Fantastic rooms, comfy beds. Would highly recommend it. Sometimes the wifi is acting up but nothing too annoying.

Neat experience to stay on the canal in a boat! Hotel was clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and spoke excellent English. They appreciated our attempt at dutch and helped us out with a few questions about the city.
