Very welcome atmosphere at the reception and lobby. The location is great by situated right at Leiden Central Train station and on walking distance from the historic town. By car it's also perfectly reachable and ringht in front of the main entrance are 5 short stop parking places. There is also a parking lot and costs € 7,50 per day (very cheap). Just around the corner is EV charging point for your car or other electronic vehicle. The hotel also has a variety of conference rooms and a restaurant. Great location for meetings or a touristic visit for the city of Leiden.

Good price, excellent central location for a business hotel. Very convenient for the train station and LUMC, especially if you are arriving late or leaving early. WiFi worked seamlessly. No swimming pool.

Upgraded to a business suite free of charge. Room very comfortable and spacious, friendly and helpful staff. Well located for the city centre and rail station.

Fresh breakfast. Friendly service. Strong wifi. Comfortable bed. Rooms were too hot. But decor was good. Decent location.

Good hotel, Friendly staff. The shower wasn't very powerful but otherwise the room was clean and reasonably sized. The restaurant isn't brilliant but not bad either. The breakfast buffet on the other hand is spectacularly good! It's location is also very good. Next to the train station and very close to the city center.

Nice hotel in a nice city. I was there for business, while my wife played the tourist. The hotel worked great for both of us. It is very convenient to the train station and downtown. Leiden is a great little city. Much like Amsterdam, it is full of canals and history, but unlike Amsterdam it isnt smashed with tourists. The included breakfast at this hotel is one of the better I have seen. They mistakenly booked us into a single room, but once we returned to the front desk they remedied this issue and moved us to a king. The room was clean and nice, with a great shower.
