The staff was super friendly and helpful! The rooms are comfortable and lifesavers if you are looking for a one or two-night stay in Amsterdam. The shuttle is really helpful if you want to move from the airport area to the center of Amsterdam, plus it's free.

No frills, budget accommodation.
Whilst it's not the best hotel ever it deserves a good rating in its category. Staff was very nice, room was clean. My bathroom had a walk in shower.
Breakfast has a good buffet.
Considering the proximity to the airport I think it was quiet.response / report this review -

Very helpful staff. My room was very comfortable and clean. The tea and coffee facilities in the Silver members area was very satisfactory. The restaurant staff were helpful with my food allergy request. The shuttle bus facility was very good. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

It was easy to get to the hotel with the shuttle. Check-in was fast and efficient. We were happy to use the fitness room. We had lunch at the restaurant on level 2 . The meal was good , the service was also very good but we found the price of the food a little expensive. Our room was quiet. The set up of the room was good. It was good to have a little store to buy water or a snack. Overall our stay was a good experience. We were also happy to have the shuttle to go back to the airport.

I usually stay at Ibis Schiphol airport on business trips between Europe and Africa. I find the rooms comfortable and the service friendly and efficient. Love the opportunity to get free coffee or flavoured water at any time in the Sweet Wing. Service in the restaurant could be a little faster. The food and wine in the restaurant is excellent.
Only complaint that there is only one shuttle around 11:30 and 12;30. We had to leave people behind.response / report this review -

With the shuttle service and easy access to public transport we liked this hotel. However check-in experience was really bad. I felt that person who did the check-in was ignorant and clearly showed that she doesn't want to give a good welcome and was not friendly at all. I made full payment at the point of check in and when calculating they have done a mistake. Even it is insignificant one Euro error, way they communicate that also didn't convenience me. This was detected by staff later on. They charged Euros 17.5 per person for breakfast and even i noticed that considering the way staff was talking to me I didn't want to inquired about that. later one lady call me and said that they have charged more and in exact words she said, "if you want you can come and collect this one Euro". Honestly I felt this ignorant behavior further when i checked in to the next hotel we stayed in. Staff simply met our expectation to its maximum. Honestly every interaction with staff made me less and less willing to talk to them. Other than that I think this hotel offer value for money. Shuttle service and breakfast were convincing.

I love this hotel. Relaxed, casual, affordable, but still have everything I need to transit through Amsterdam.
Comfy bed and pillows.
Hot shower with basic amenities.
No airport noise whatsoever.
Free tea/coffee
Store with fresh sandwiches, fruit, basic meals.
Friendly service.
Free airport shuttle.
Easy access to downtown by 197 bus (€5 one way, 20min).

My family and I always stay at IBIS when we fly back to the US after staying in our second house in The Netherlands. Our flights are leaving early and we prefer to travel more relaxed by staying in a hotel close to Schiphol airport and make use of a shuttle service very early in the morning. IBIS is perfect for our purposes. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and not too expensive. We stayed in two rooms and my wife and I even got a free upgrade to the 'New Wing'. Will use IBIS again.

The beds were the most comfy of my 12 day trip in Europe. I was able to buy stamps for my postcards. I was able to take the bus to Amsterdam for one last night of vacation. It was perfect.
The only negative was the check-in staffer I dealt with didn't show any emotion in the way of welcoming us or even smiling. But her colleague did.response / report this review -

Clean, decent sized rooms, very accommodating staff and has a free shuttle service to and from the airport which is about 15m away. There is a free 24/7 gym. The staff helped by providing maps and easiest routes to reach the centre of Amsterdam. There is a bus terminal station just 5m walk from the hotel. Very pleasant stay over all, no complaints. If ever in Amsterdam again, would be sure to come back as the shuttle service was very handy.

The Hotel is great, the rooms are nice and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful and is really what you can expect from ibis. I have searched for places to stay in Amsterdam and thought this would be a good option as we were driving and would prefer to leave the car in a safe place as the parking is quite pricy in Amsterdam. It turned out it was a really bad decision. The price you charge for parking is absolutely ridiculous. We stayed for 2 nights and paid €35 plus we went to Amsterdam twice dos theres an extra €40 on bus rides. If we were to stay in Amsterdam central, I could have worked cheaper and more convenient. I would not stay there again only because of this overpriced parking.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great that they have an early shuttle bus at 4.50, I had called and understood that its a huge bus but turned out to be a regular city bus. A lot if people had to stand and a lot of them were not friendly so early in the morning.

I had a comfortable night's stay here in March 2017. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The facilities were good and I was especially impressed with the bathroom. Although compact, there was everything provided and the shower was spacious.
I could not work out how to adjust the air conditioner to make the room cooler. It turned off when I set the temperature to cooler than the room temperature. I was quite warm during the night and would have appreciated "cooling" air conditioning to keep the temperature down.
Although I liked having the coffee/tea etc facilities on the 2nd floor, I would have liked a kettle and tea, etc in the room.
I had an excellent burger, chips and beer at the burger bar in the hotel. Wouldn't eat there every night, but it was ideal for my one night stay.response / report this review -

My stay here has been exceptional! Clean and stylish room, a very comfortable double bed, plenty of outlets to charge my belongings. The staff have been very welcoming and warm. Bar, restaurants on every floor, a take away station and gift shops for your convenience. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here as well as I would keep this place in mind for next time.

We had a great stay at the hotel IBIS (not the budget) clean great staff and priced just right! I would stay again when I return to Holland. The grab n go area was convenient we arrived late and we're very hungry. The fitness was great too. Highly recommend for a quick stay.
