Solid accommodations. Great value, clean, and near one of best cities in Europe. The hotel did have a Pokemon here or there, but that wasn't a problem. On a more serious note, the bikes to rent here a probably the heavies bikes in all of holland.

The rooms are not bad for the price paid.

It is the right hotel if you want to stay very close to the Bioscience Park in Leiden. Take into consideration though that the level if services is basic, for example there is no room service at lunch time and you cannot trust the front desk staff to book your cab. Restaurant menu is rather small. In the positive side, rooms are clean and comfortable and staff very nice.

Nice hotel, away from the centre but excellently placed for the A44. Check in was swift, room was comfortable but I felt that a bottle of water as a welcome gift would have been nice. My view overlooked the main road but I could hear minimal noise. Prices in the bar in line with expectations for a hotel and the meal was tasty. Will be staying here again if in the Leiden area.

Hilton Garden Inn Leiden has pretty much what you are to expect from a major American hospitality company. The staff is professional and warm. The breakfast is a mix of "classic American continental" with a touch of Dutch. Breakfast is good, but a tad on the pricey side (for US standards). Near a cute little town (Leiden), and with a museum not even 100 metres away. Internet (Wi-Fi) is decent.

Absolutely incredible experience! Rooms were a great size and clean. I went during a very busy time of the year and was met with friendly and helpful staff! Shout out to Stephano for making my visit very effortless and enjoyable, staff helped a lot with tourism information! Great place to stay! Thanks!

Solid hotel for business travelers. Decent sized rooms, but carpets / furniture were too worn and stained to get more stars. Bed was very comfortable and a true queen size (not twins pushed together).

Comfortable and modern hotel, located a short ride from Leiden Centraal. The rooms are good, very comfortable beds as you might expect from a Hilton. Very friendly and courteous staff will definitely recommend it.
