BED BUGS- checked in then the lady showed me my room 15metres down the road.not even in the building.bedding was dirty,and under bed was filthy.didnt sleep innit.key card would not turn on my lights when i was leaving at 5am.so had to dress an pack in pitch blackness.went to drop key card off at reception.and found the whole building locked up, with no 24hr reception.had to post my keycard in letterbox.5hrs i was in room for and counted 20+ bed bug or mosqitos bites.was glad to get out3 *star struggle to give it 1*star.
€69 for 1 night.rip off.
Book the Emma hotel its luxury compared to this place and was 4€ more.response / report this review -

The room and the bathroom were nice. Missed breakfast so we didn't get to try that. Service was a little on the slow side but very friendly and the almost free parking certainly was a big bonus! Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Rotterdam. Only real downside: the hotel has a lot of doors that close with a spring - the slam really really hard and loud and it's a nuisance when you're trying to sleep in.

Old house, small rooms, busy street, NO ELEVATOR, has 3 entrances only one has elevator and that closes at 11!!!! Stairs are almost vertical. Friendly staff and good breackfast.

Plugs and fridge didn't work in room. Fast free WiFi the only positive.
