Good service, basic facilities. Room: The room had 2 queen beds instead of 1 king bed otherwise view from room etc was ok. WiFi : was really nice unlike most of the hotels Breakfast : could be better.

Lovely hotel, staff friendly, very comfortable and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is a short walk away from the tram which takes you directly into Amsterdam centre although it is a fair journey

Shuttle driver picking up at airport was rude and not helpful at all. Did not even acknowledge that we had large suitcases. Shuttle driver to airport the next morning was friendly and very helpful. Check in/out easy. Bar staff has no clue how to make a martini. Limited menu options. Wait staff needs some basic training on how to open a bottle of wine. Dinner was good and restaurant was not noisy. Room was nice but temp control is confusing. Comfy bed. "Smart" TV was not updated.

The location is not very good of your plan is to visit Amsterdam and go by train. In booking website says that is in the airport but really are 9 km to the hotel with a bad communication by road and train. The rooms are very good, comfortable and in the line of this kind of hotels. The service is good but can be better, I don't know if it's because the country of what. The breakfast is very good but a bit expensive, 21.5€. It has very good lounges and the bar is very good.

The rooms were okay for the price however the customer service leaves much to be desired. I paid for a late checkout but had a really rude and angry receptionist call me 4h prior to my checkout asking me why i wasn't out of the room yet. The room service also knocked on my door daily asking me if i wanted my room cleaned though i had already hung a "do not disturb" sign there. Please give your staff some training.

Very reasonably priced and great value for money. Free wifi, free toiletries (Elemis body wash, soap, shampoo, conditioner) and free scheduled shuttles to and from airport. Comfortable contemporary interior, clean rooms. Buffet breakfast, good selection, can order to have in room too. Fitness and relaxation center on the lower ground floor.

Airport transfer required as this 'Airport Hotel' is 20 minutes drive from the hotel. If you need to be at airport before 0545 you have to pay for your own taxi. That's another 30 euros.

I stayed here on my visit to Amsterdam. Customer service was excellent. Breakfast was great with a large portion! Nearest tram station is quite a distance to walk to but easy to get to the city centre! Thanks guys.

I really enjoyed staying here. I ordered room service and when I received my food it was incorrect. The hotel manager and the chef came to my room to apologize and brought me my correct order. They also gave me a batch of delicious cookies! The room was also very nice and clean.

Stayed for one night. Convenient being near the airport, though there are places closer. It is only a 10-minute walk to Tram #1, which costs 2.8 euros to ride into the central station in Amsterdam. The hotel itself is nice enough. The room is clean and reasonably spacious for a room in Europe. Great shower. Free wi-fi, which is faster than expected. Food is a little expensive. I had a dinner for around 18 euros, and it was just OK. Not bad, but good either. Breakfast is not included and is somewhat expensive. Overall a pleasant stay. I stayed in a nearby airport hotel on my last trip that was a bit cheaper and included breakfast for free. This hotel is a small step up in terms of appearances and amenities, but the rooms are similar, so next time around I'd go back to the first hotel.

The friendliest hotel in the world. The staff are most helpful, the food is superb, all facilities in this hotel are above par. The only drawback is it is a distance from the city centre. However, it is still convenient as there is a shuttle leaving every 45 minutes for the airport from where a metro is available to go to the city centre. A cab will cost €50. But, if you ask the reception, they can get you an electric car which gets you to the city in €25.

Fantastic hotel. Rooms are clean and very well equipped. Reception are helpful and I cannot rate the shuttle service to the airport enough. Breakfast is nice, however a little too continental for my liking. Meals are good and I was happy with the price

Very friendly staff.. Wish they had doors for restrooms and a curtain for the shower bath.. so far so good.. they need better coffee mugs.. I feel like 3 euros was a lot for a tea cup as coffee mug..
