My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. Swimming in the pool and the air conditioning in the room were greatly appreciated with the heat. The breakfast was delicious featuring more plain American food and Nicaraguan dishes like Gallo pinto. The staff was very polite and we enjoyed our complimentary drink at the bar. The architecture is beautiful and it is well situated to go and explore.

Loved this hotel. I would describe it as classy with a casual feeling. The staff is very professional and friendly. Always ready to lend a hand, suggest a place to eat, etc. the bar is great and the drinks are about $1 for a great cocktail. The included breakfast buffet is very nice with bottomless coffee. The location is exactly where you want to be in Granada and the inner courtyard is peaceful and cool. Among the nicest hotels I've stayed anywhere.

I stayed here for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. I highly recommend booking a room with a balcony because you hear the town come alive and it’s such a great experience to have coffee and sit on the rocking chair overlooking the Central Park. From the moment you check in, you know you’re in good hands. Everyone on the staff is incredibly sweet and helpful. Victor took care of all my requests, such as shuttle rentals, hailing a cab, food recommendations and more. I advise all guests to try the delicious traditional Nicaraguan breakfast that’s served fresh and hot, especially on Sundays when they serve nacatamales. All the shops, spas, restaurants, and bars are a short walk away. I will definitely stay here again.

One of the employees agreed on a price for their shuttle to the airport. When it was time, he tried to up the price in Spanish. Thankfully I caught on and resolved it. If that didn't happen as we were leaving, I'd give 5 stars.

Hotel and room were very clean. Room was nice and big, bathroom was well equiped with toiletries and shower had great pressure and hot water. Room had a cool balcony to the street . Modern key card room keys, flat screen TV with cable were also nice extras I wasnt expecting at this hotel. Overall, location, price and value can't be beat in Granada.

Absolutely beautiful accommodations. Our balcony room overlooked the square and we pleasantly woke to the sounds of markets being erected and horse-drawn carriages just outside our doors.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Granada. I booked a room after days of traveling and needed some luxury for my last night in the country. The receptionist was nice enough to give me a small discount in my ragged state. The bed was sooo comfortable and I had a great night sleep. I knocked a star down because there were two cockroaches in my room when I checked in. Someone from maintenance came to my room to spray and I didn't see any roaches after that. Otherwise it was a good stay and the breakfast they serve is full of variety and delicious. Try the Plaza Colon drink if you decide to go to the bar! It's vodka and tamarind and surprisingly good.

The BAR. there is a "BAR" Inside of the hotel and this bar doesn't have any of variation of beer and even alcohol or wine.
Well the bar is super cozy and elegant
But they really need to invest in
