Highly recommend! Great location, charming place with solid internet connection, comfy bed, and great hospitality. Jerry was incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. definitely the place to stay when your in Granada!

Great place and location. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast included was very good. The staff were very pleasant. Swimming pool is welcome on a hot day. Gerry was a wealth of knowledge and very helpful. Don't stay anywhere else in Granada. Fantastic spot

Case de agua exceeded our expectations. Breakfast is included- fresh fruit, pancakes, and as much coffee and tea as you want. The room is quiet and clean, the staff is excellent and helpful. Gerry, one of the proprietors, is a wealth of local knowledge. He can book a taxi for your trip to the airport, arrange a tour, and explain how to get things done here. Highly recommended

Beuatiful hotel, it has 2 pools, our assigned room was great, roomy, comfy and very clean. This place is quite close to central park and to restaurants, bars and other touristic attractions. Staff was great, friendly and supportive

This is an amazing place!!!! Small, personable and incredibly beautiful. The location is central to the city center, but still far enough away that it feels like a get away from the crazy Granada nights.

This is a comfortable guest house with several rooms: private bathrooms and AC are available for each room. Prices are good, better than fair. And the owner Gerry makes the place great. He is very welcoming and knows all the interesting places to go. This is a fun place to stay!

The house is gorgeous, the pool felt amazing in the midday heat, and Gerry was very helpful in ensuring we had a great time. Definitely recommend.

I've stayed in hostels all over the world, and I have to say that this one is easily a top five. The owner, Gerry, is extremely hospitable and attentive. The hostel itself is a beautiful colonial style building with a refreshing pool in the center. Everything was top notch, from the clean rooms, to the included breakfast. Compared to other hostels, this one was not as budget friendly as a backpacker, like myself, is used to. With that being said, it was worth every penny. It didn't break the bank by any means, but $42 a night (July 2017) for a private room and bathroom for three (a double bed and a twin bed separated by a small wall), is more than the usual $8-$10 dorm. Split three ways it was only $14 a night. Not too shabby. I'm just cheap. Plus, the location was phenomenal, being just a block from the center of town. Also, you get to use some bicycles while you're there! Again, do yourself a favor and "splurge" on Casa Del Agua. It was a great experience.

I can't speak highly enough of our experience here. Gerry, the owner, is extremely hospitable, knowledgeable, and helpful and gives friendly advice on local attractions. They serve up a delicious pancake breakfast, family style. You can fill your water bottles up or use the full service kitchen to prepare your meals. Coffee was hot and delicious. The pool is gorgeous, the entire building full of character and charm. The cost was extremely affordable and the location is just around the corner from Parque Central and several restaurants. Wifi and hot water worked great, most rooms have an option for air conditioning and street parking is available and manned with security cameras from the hotel.

The owner makes you feel at home. He has a simple business model: keep the quality up, engage with the clientele, and keep the place well priced. Hence he is always full. If I return to Granada I will pre-book here!

Great location, spacious rooms, clean, nice plunge pool. Gerry makes this place great!!
Many options. Optional AC. Nice patio to watch street scene. Park right in front if you have a car. Gerry arranges great activities that are different than other tour operators as well if you take advantage of his knowledge. An excellent place to stay in Granada. Gerry is a wonderful host. Casa del Aqua has good prices and the location is perfect to explore the city. Also his pancakes are very good! The rooms are clean and there is also a pool available. Highly recommended!
