Marvelous place, excellent rooms, very fresh, good beds, good breakfast, swimming pool for the heat, private bathroom, and very welcoming staff, i would recommend this to a friend

Colonial style hotel that feels almost like it's still colonial times. Room 5 was gigantic with 25 foot ceilings. This place has potential but service was just average, room was dirty (dirt filled cobwebs next to the bed 4 ft of the ground, floor in need of mopping), bathrooms are private but not connected to rooms. You have to walk in a public hallway and then unlock your bathroom with a key. Bathrooms are windowless, clean but outdated. Staff was friendly and helpful but un-uniformed and in street clothes. Lacked a sense of professionalism. We actually reserved the room for 2 nights at a price of $194 but decided to leave shortly after checking in. Much better options exist in Granada. Sitting by the pool in new hotel, thrilled with our decision to leave.

We had money stolen from our key lock safe. Management were not helpful or apologetic. The response we were given was 'how can you prove this happened'.

This hotel is an absolute hidden gem. We stayed here for three very romantic nights and absolutely loved it. The hotel and rooms are spotless and decorated with beautiful artwork and antique style furniture. Before I forget to mention it the rooms are huge. The only thing that I did not like is that the rooms are not connected to the bathrooms. The gardens are well kept and the pool is very nice. The staff was extremely attentive. I had a massage while I was there and it was incredible. Highly recommend!

I didn't stay here but I did enjoy a terrific massage in one of the beautiful relaxing courtyards of this hotel.
