  Very good, i'd give it a 4 star, it is just too bad that they dont have an entrance for the handicapped, also they didnt have any bath math, no sign in hot/cold faucets

  Everyone here is really helpful. Nice beds too! Colonial style(?) hallways are great and the pool is nice

  Staff is so friendly and gentle
  Great pool and spa. Eclectic art through out. Place has history and very relaxing vibe. Love the two day stay and will come back to this unique place

  Service was extraordinary! The bartender, Roberto, was a ton of fun, very professional, and remembered our drinks day after day! The room was huge and spacious. Very clean! We highly recommend Hotel Granada!

  I had a great experience during my visit at this hotel. It's a beautiful place with good customer service; I even received a free upgrade on my room type. The free breakfast was not so good, but the overall experience totally compensates for it.

  Never book a standard room they will send you to the worst rooms they have, towels are clean but instead white they look creamy 👎, service is nice!

  Amazing amenities in a tremendous campus that was once a monastery. Believe the hype on the pool - clean & refreshing. The rooms are nice and dark and quiet - great for restful sleep. The food at the restaurant is excellent. The service staff are friendly and accommodating. Many wonderful enclaves and sitting areas to talk with friends and drink Siete Anos.
