Terrible and untrustworthy employees. The receptionist ordered me a taxi to San Juan del Sur for a super inflated price AFTER I told her I had a car coming, had the taxi come early and told me it was my car and when my real taxi driver came, she sent him away. All so she could get a cut of the fare. Not what you want or should get from your hotel - they should take care of you, not screw you. Since this happened, two days ago, the hotel has supported their unethical employee by telling me different, contradictory lies, via emails and Facebook. Instead of serving the customer, they support a scumbag employee. Save yourself the grief and book any other hotel in Managua. Hotel Europeo doesn't deserve your business!
