We had a room right next to the pool. It was Spring break and it was very noisy. They have a PA speaker from which they blast music across the pool, so every room that is facing the pool is blasted by music. The bathrooms are not soundproof at all.

I like it but I'm pretty flexible. It offers those wonderful cold Nicaraguan showers. But kidding aside, the swimming pool was wonderful. Clean and warm water. It seems to be a place where Nicaraguans visiting Managua stay. We had a group of students staying there too. There is a security guard 24/7, although hotel is not in a gated area. He sits out front and keeps the rabble moving on down the street. Staff English is better than my Spanish. And they have been incredibly accomodating. I will definitely stay again. Oh. The lobby shop doesn't have hours. Just ask desk clerk for items. I got my water there every day. 1.25 USD per bottle. Can pay in USD or Cordoba's. Very important: free breakfast. This is a full Nica/American breakfast: omelet station, scrambled eggs, toast, tortillas, sausage or bacon, juice, coffee, beans, Gallo pinto. Yum!

Great place with a great price. Convenient place to stay. Comes with breakfast (a real one). Wonderful staff. Tho there is a language barrier at times, they will cater you the best service that they have. They also serve food in their restaurant or room service. You can pay in USD or in Cordoba but prices are shown in USD. Taxi service for extra charge going to the airport. I am happy and satisfied with my stay here. I would recommend this place.

Amazing place, it is about 10-15 from the airport. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The front desk staff are very polite and helpful. They have drycleaning service which was super helpful. I love the fact that breakfast was included, They made my eggs on the spot, loved it. Their restaurant staff for lunch and dinner could be a little friendlier and smile more. I will definetly be staying in this hotel everytime i visit Nicaragua.

This is definitely my favorite place to stay at in Managua, the staff is friendly, rooms are clean, comfortable and affordable. The hotel also has a restaurant with great food by the pool which is an ideal option for entertainment.

My first real experience in Nicaragua: a good one. Staff and room were pleasant. Breakfast was above average and the pool area for dining was inviting. I'd be happy to stay here again.
