It has a very relaxing atmosphere, I had a good time during my stay there The best live jazz performances in the whole of Calabar is at Cowan Jazz hall, Orange Resort by the infinite vibes.

This is one of the most exotic relaxation destinations in Calabar, Orange Resort welcomes guests to an oasis of tranquillity and rejuvenation draped in a setting of natural beauty, Orange resort provides guests with a serene and eco-friendly environment.
Its luxurious air-conditioned rooms are divided into Orange Standard, Orange Deluxe and Orange Suite. Each room is fitted with modern facilities an en-suite bathroom.
Guests can enjoy an array of meals and vegetarian dishes at the on-site restaurant. The resort also provides guests with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. A suya spot is also available on-site. Orange Resort also offers quality services and facilities like free parking space, wireless internet access, children playground, luggage storage, POS services, Nightclub, a gym, swimming pool and CCTV cameras (for security)

It has all it takes to be a great place but it seems the size of the facility is too much for them to handle.
Guests are required to pay to use the swimming pool.
Lot's of places to chill out.
There's a night club.
Renovation and cleaning is required.
IMHO I think the security needs to be improved.

The hotel is old, the toilets are horrible , the food is delicious though and the staff are very friendly, but the hotel is old and looks abandoned
