  Worst service, food is not good and it takes 2 hours to be served, internet/wifi is not working on the notebook, everything is so damn slow here Rooms are mediocre clean. I wouldn't recommend

  Nice serene environment, Great interpersonal communication skills, quick response to guest, Nice restaurant setting with Different choice of food. Good Bar/sit out for entertainment and lot more. 100% RECOMMENDED

  Terrible customer service.
  Terrible room service.
  Terrible pool side service.
  Old and dilapidated building.
  Takes about 5 minutes to switch from PHCN to generator.
  Serves stale food at times.
  Tasteless food when not stale.
  Laundry pick up time is like forever.
  Complaints are hardly treated.
  Poor staff attitude.
  Not/Never recommended to anyone else.
  Deserves zero rating though.
  Still here but can't wait to leave.

  Nice and cosy, serene environment, but services are a bit slow and some facilities are worn, spoilt, mismanaged and/or unkept. Overall though, its pleasant and a nice place to stay.

  A dirty hotel with a terrible service!!
  
  We will never go there again. Service and cleanliness is unacceptabel. Management is useless to coach their workers. No interest in anything. Even if you are complain, persons in authotity are not interested to
  remedy shortcomings. There are better hotels available in Calabar.
  
  It was a bad experience!!
  
  Conclusion: NOT RECOMMENDED

  Pretty old but has great art works, is quiet and resort-like with its outdoor sitting.
  Walls are soaking though, room and restaurant service is sloppy, rest is history.

  Loved my stay there (6 days). Nice staff. Great cultural details and close to the city. Slow room service through but all together great.
