Good and neat facility but they need to improve on the TV channels available to lodgers. Bathroom flooding experienced in the MD suite I stayed. Also need to have more supplies like shampoo, shower cap, tea and coffee etc and to also improve on the response time of her staff and services. Overall Good.

It's a cool place. I advise you go for the MD suites or higher, the Executive suites may not be conducive but the MD suites are good to go.

Bathroom always flooding. No control for the A.C..

Beautiful exterior, poor maintenance, dysfunctional air conditioners, poor electricals,scant bathroom supplies(No soap, shampoo), the mattresses are too hard and beddings are old and scruffy. I also feel they are short staffed(no receptionist in the second building).I really think they can do better if it's managed properly.

The hotel looks great. Rooms are not so bad. Some of the staff were friendly but the hospitality wasn't top notch.

We came in the rain and one of the staff members was carrying an umbrella and instead of helping us, he simply walked past us. We were shocked cos we expected better.
