Kids love it.
Family orientated
Good general service.
Fast and easy for those days where slaving over a stove is just not going to happen.

Went there today for a N$ 50.00 steak special, the first one served was totally burned, after sending it back, I received a better one but it was cold. I also waited for my meal for almost 30 minutes, after waiting for a waitress for about ten minutes. Im not soo impressed. 😞

Great place for an First date. For a men I can say the Prices are realistic for First hand hang outs. Also has an children's entertainment center really nice.

The service was good. The problem is that the food is just flavourless. This was my second time at Spur (the first one was in Grove Mall Windhoek). Not going again.

My second time in a Spur restaurant, this time in Swakopmund. The service and the onion rings were good. The fries were soft and the steak was a great disappointment.

As a disclaimer, I am reviewing this individual spur and not the franchise as a whole. I've been to South African spurs that were not as great as our local one. The service has always been good here and the food was never below the standard set by the franchise, as a matter of fact, it is sometimes higher than that. However, it is a family restaurant that targets children so it does get loud and energetic with all the children around so if you do not like the louder and childlike atmosphere then it's not a place you'll enjoy but otherwise it's a top pick even among our other great places.
