Staff was really helpful and friendly. However, it is super annoying having to get up and go to counter for anything you want to order i would have ordered more food and beer had it not been for this stupid ststem waiters lost out on tip too, cause i did not have cash and could not tip with card payment after meal.

The combination of atmosphere with the cheap prices (I'm from Canada so it's cheap as hell for us) make this one of my absolute favourite restaurants. Super relaxed with an unbelievable view. The ocean literally comes right up to (and under) parts of the restaurant. The food is mostly fried and they do a great job of it! Keep up the good work!

Relaxing atmosphere, interesting and awesome sunset. Chips are delicious. Waiters friendly. Just do not like the way the ordering is handled. Would be much easier if a table keeps the same number.

Laid back and relaxed. Place your order, pay and they bring it to your table. No waiters, so no worries about bad service or tips . Can do with beer on tap, as they had back in the day

A lovely and unique beach restaurant (casual) where you order food and drinks from your closest till, and your food is brought to your table. You can go outside and sit on a chair and enjoy the sun and see, and the kids can even play in the sand. The resort has a camping facility where you can park your caravan or tent and enjoy all that Swakkopmund has to offer.

The best thing here is the views for the sunset which are really great. Otherwise it's very much like a fastfood restaurant, you order and pay at the cashier then go wait at a table. The food and service were ok. Put on some warm clothes, as it might get chilly in the evening

Lovely rustic beach bar and restaurant. Great for kids with fantastic views of the sunset.

Place your order at the counter and they drop your drinks and food off at the table.

Fast service and good quality seafood.

Sundowner capital of Swakopmund, it's nice here being on the beach, kids can get to play in the sand.
Food is not the best but for the location it works great, they have a weird pay first ordering system, but I guess they get their money that way. and don't loose when people run away without paying there bills. It can be cold do dress warm .

For a more lively holiday destination, I recommend this place. Only accommodation available is camping but don't let this drop your expectations. The facilities are very decent. They also host a some pretty mean parties so you might want to plan your stay around that.
