The rooms are not what thay look like on their web site, much smaller, staff is nice, but if you think this hotel name means it's prestigious, you'll be disappointed. It's a very normal hotel for México. Make sure you speak Spanish. Rooms are cold in the winter. No heating.

This hotel has nice rooms, there is an amusement park really near, the service is really good and there food is good, the only thing is that there should be a smoking área for smokers

Ver small rooms, and bed it's not very comfortable. Yet is affordable and it's near to El Pedregal, other hotels around aren't cheap.

Alquilé una suite. Algo costoso por estancia larga pero completamente vale lo que cuesta. Es aledaña al hotel, en un edificio con departamentos.

Our stay here has been amazing. Totally comfortable and the staff (particularly the manager Bruno) have gone out of their way for us. Great spot.

Rooms are small, but very clean and renovated. Comfortable beds, Staff was nice and helpful. No phones in room or room service. If you select to have breakfast at their café its small but very good. Would stay here again!
