Clean and spacious room with a clear view to the main street. Ambience is lively and relaxing at the same time. Staff takes pride in what they and they wont hesitate to make your stay more pleasant.

Friendly staff very clean hotel and amenities. Housekeeping takes pride in their work! The restaurant is very good especially the breakfast buffet. I have been here twice in the past year for work. The private cab service is great as well, ask for Marco

Nice diner, was the new years dine, great music, great service, the food was awesome, the place its nice, 2 dance floors, a great atendanceand was great in general, the drinks and the service fee was the only negative point.

I'm assuming if you are staying here, you are working nearby, so your options are limited. The good: meat tacos. Bellhops (both Jonathan and the other guy) are friendly and very helpful, and speak great English. Now on to the bad: air conditioning is insufficient and loud, although it was fixed for my final day. There is sometimes a smell of sewage emanating from the bathroom area (only 1 of 2 weeks). Water pressure in showers is low. There is no hot water in the sinks, and that is the hotel's way of "saving energy". Elevators are very slow, and sometimes dump you off on the wrong floor before going the opposite way. Internet is extremely slow. Coffee in lobby area was only available 50% of the weekday mornings.

Wasted 20 minutes trying to convince the front desk to issue me new keys - the originals were taken by housekeeping on multiple occasions, because it's the kind of room that requires your key be inserted in the slot by your door at all times. This means I need one key to stay there (else all lights go off, A/C goes off) and one to take with me when I leave the room temporarily. I'm not sure why housekeeping always takes the keys left in the room but that practice needs to stop. Front desk scolded me for losing my keys and told me to not let it happen again. I consider asking for one pair of replacement keys a reasonable request since my stay was for 2 weeks. Here's a hint: when a guest asks for replacement keys, do not hesitate. After checking ID, simply disable the prior keys (tell the system to forget all old keys), issue new keys, and everyone stays happy. Put Jonathan behind the front desk, he would be better at customer service.

The gym is relatively large, if you are doing cardio there are two treadmills, 2 bikes. 2 ellipticals. However, the weight machines are ancient and most do not work. The bench is in poor condition and dangerous to use. Highest weight of rubber dumbbells is 20lbs.

Located just north of Mexico City. Rooms are modern and clean. WiFi is blazing fast 20mb/s and the service is amazing. The breakfast buffet is amazing.
