  Please steer away. The room was dirty. so dirty. years of accumulated grime and dust! It was disgusting having to sleep in that bed and shower in that WC.
  The breakfast wasI have no words for it. They served us margarine when we asked for butter!
  The staff was rude and self entitled.

  Amazing bungalow. Great location to visit Chichen itza. So peaceful and quiet. Very romantic

  Beautiful grounds and extremely helpful staff. The entire setting was amazing, and being able to easily get into the park right at 8am as it opens before the huge wave of tour groups is worth the price alone. The food at the main restaurant (El Mural) was only okay, but service was good.

  Mediocre service, and open sewage near our room. Overcharges on our bill were difficult to get adjusted. We recommend you try a different hotel.
